So bring your management and leadership challenges and aspirations along to the weekly group calls and we'll work through them together. I'll share frameworks and approaches where they're relevant but mainly it'll be about supporting you to find the best way forward for you: in your context, with your boss, your team, your stakeholders and your objectives.Â
