Over the last few years I've developed a selection of courses, resources and interventions that can be run as a single event or put together as a programme to target specific needs within your team.

 

These are some of the approaches that we can work with....but don't panic if you don't know what you need. That's what I'm here for. This is just to give you a flavour of how I work.

 

This course is about helping your line managers to find their courage in having frank conversations and getting to the heart of tricky management issues. 

This is a six month programme for all of your line managers. It's a combination of training and group coaching to develop the skills and approaches your managers need long term.

Sometimes team members need a little extra support and I'm imagining that you don't have the time, or perhaps you know they just need an outside perspective.

This is about identifying how they can work better together and tackle your collective challenges.

For those times when a relationship has totally broken down and you're worried it's going to escalate to grievances and disciplinaries.

Bringing institutional policy and procedure to life in a way that makes it easy for managers to enact the right policy at the right time.
