I know what it feels like to worry you're not doing the right things as a manager. I used to be you.

I worked as a Professional Services Manager in HE for 13 years before I started by coaching business. I held all sorts of management roles across a few different types of HE Institutions. I was:

a direct line manager,

a manager of managers,

a matrix manager,

a mentor to new managers

and since then I've helped more than 200 managers, just like you from institutions across the HE sector.

I believe it’s just plain wrong that HE managers should carry such pressure with so little support. I understand how it feels. That used to be me too. That’s why I work exclusively with HE professionals to support you in building self-belief, developing essential management skills like handling management conversations well and giving you the time and space to explore what really matters to you.
